The short version: if a room doesn't feel right in the first seven days, you get every dollar back, no questions. After that, you can still cancel any room in two taps; the current month is non-refundable except in the cases below. We honour both the letter and the spirit of this policy.
Every brand-new subscription you start (your first month on a given room) is fully refundable for seven days. Go to /subscriptions, tap "Manage", tap "Cancel & refund." That's it. The money is back on your card in 3–5 business days. The creator is paid normally for the period you were active.
You can still cancel any subscription in two taps. We do not auto-renew you against your will, and we do not charge a cancellation fee. The current paid period is non-refundable — you keep access to the room until it ends, and we don't bill you again. Tips and pay-per-view unlocks are not refundable (they're one-time purchases of content you already received).
These are one-time purchases. They're refundable only if the content was misrepresented (e.g. labelled as a voice note but you received an empty file) or if the purchase was unauthorized. Tips sent in error within the last 60 minutes can be clawed back from /wallet — after that they belong to the creator.
If something has gone wrong, please write to us first. Filing a chargeback through your bank usually takes longer than asking us and almost always ends in the same outcome. If a chargeback is filed without a prior refund request and the underlying purchase was legitimate, we may suspend the account pending resolution.
Most refunds are self-service from /subscriptions or /wallet. If you need a human, write to care@hunnies.house — replies come from a real person, weekdays 9–6 GMT, usually within 2 hours.
