// Privacy · what we know, what we don't

What we see.

// last updated · May 14 2026

The short version: we know your card, your pseudonym, and what rooms you visit. We do not know — and will not learn — your real name's link to your handle, your conversation contents, or what other rooms your friends visit.

// What we know
  • Your pseudonym and verified email (stored in a separate, isolated vault)
  • Which rooms you visit on Hunnies
  • Payment amount and a one-way reference (no name, no card details)
  • Subscription records walled off from the public profile system
  • A 30-day anonymous server event log (page loads, errors — never linked to your identity)
  • A hashed token from Persona confirming "18+ and card matches" — we never see or store the ID image
// What we don't know
  • The link between your real name and your handle
  • The contents of your conversations — messages are encrypted at rest, keyed per-thread
  • What rooms your friends visit
  • Your screen — we do not record sessions
  • Your AI reply drafts — generated in volatile memory, never stored or used for training
// What we never sell or share
  • Your data — full stop. We have no advertising partner and run no data brokerage
  • Your browsing habits — no Google Analytics, no Segment, no Meta pixel
  • Your conversation content — not to support, not to creators, not to AI trainers
  • Third-party data from our processors beyond the minimum required to fulfill the service

We share data with three categories of third parties only: payment processors (crypto rail), the KYC verifier (Persona), and cloud infrastructure (AWS / Cloudflare). Each is under a Data Processing Agreement with audited SOC 2 controls. For data rights (export, correction, delete) see /me · Account. Privacy questions go to privacy@hunnies.house — a real human, replies within one business day. For urgent matters, add [URGENT] to the subject line to page our on-call engineer.
